co-cap -- no worries at all, I would be happy to post your write up on your threads over there...best of luck to you tonight
hoopster -- like alot about this game..
1. gw is very under-rated in my opinion b/c they did not play all that great of a non-confernce schedule or play that well during it...starting conference play 6-5...but they beat a good charolette team and took a very, very good gonzaga team to the wire...
2. gw is 7-0 SU and 6-1 ATS in conference home games and only one team has played them to within single digits (dayton) and that includes a pretty solid xavier team that they beat by 21.
3. richmond beat gw by 7 on their own floor earlier in the year and that was when richmond was in the midst of a four game win streak that included an upset of kansas at kansas -- i think they were playing out of their minds at the time and may be just a bit over-rated by the public as a result. richmonds last 5 games include a 11 point home loss to xavier, 3 wins against the a-10 bottom feeders and a loss at rhode island...they are certaily not playing as well as they were when these two teams first met....i think gw is the more athletic team and playing better right now...on a neutral court i would slightly favor gw.
4. i got the line at less than two buckets and gw home court has proven to be very valuable.
5. when they played earlier in the year richmond went to the line 24 times to 11 for gw -- these things have a way of evening out in conference rematches (again in my opinion)
6. gw has been pretty good to me at home this year and deserve a crack at my money tomorrow.
most important facts in my opinion -- strong home court and the under-rated/over-rated public perception..
anyway, best of luck this weekend.
